Career and work
Lobo began his career at Tata Consultancy Services, where he worked in software and client management. He later joined Teach For India, teaching a class of 61 students in an underserved Mumbai community for two years. [4]
In 2011, he joined Leaders’ Quest and went on to lead its work in India, designing leadership programs and working with business leaders, entrepreneurs and nonprofit organizations internationally. [5][4]
